CADEN DOUGLAS is an Actor/Writer/Director/Producer originally from Canada who now calls Los Angeles home. His theater career has taken him across the globe from Edinburgh to Tokyo. He has performed in such award winning productions as WAR HORSE, MAMMA MIA, and at the world renowned STRATFORD FESTIVAL of Canada. His fringe show, THE GODOT CYCLE, which he produced and co-created, was a 54 hour non-stop, marathon production of WAITING FOR GODOT which featured over 100 actors and was a smash hit at the Toronto International Fringe Festival.

He has appeared in numerous television shows and films. His short film, PLATYPUS which he wrote, produced and stars in premiered in late 2017 and is currently on the festival circuit. His full length feature script THE KING & AILEEN is currently in de- velopment with Johnny Depp’s production company IN-FINITUM NIHIL. 




VIRGINIA REECE spent years training to be an opera singer, until she made her first commercial. From that moment, Virginia fell in love with camera work, and a pursuit of honesty and human understanding ensued in all her creative endeavors. Virginia made her film debut in Adam Sandler’s 50 FIRST DATES, and since then she has been in many films, television shows, and commercials. Most recently, she filmed BULL MOUNTAIN LOOKOUT with the incredible Tara Karsian. Virginia is probably best known for her role as DAVEY BOYLE in FALLING where she was nominated for the Best Breakout Performance Award at Method Fest Film Festival.

Virginia, aka “Ginger”, hails from Virginia, but is named for her Grandmother Ginny. Virginia spent summers visiting with her in Montana, hiking, fly- fishing, and horseback riding in the beautiful mountains and cannot count how many times she has visited Old Faithful! Virginia has worked as a producer on several short films and is currently in pre-production on her first independent feature, BANGING LANIE. In her spare time, Virginia is an accomplished songwriter and singer. She has just released her first single ‘As Strangers’ with her band GINGER & THE GIANTS.

ROBERT MITCHELL was born and raised in New York City where he studied at the T. Schreiber studio. Since moving to Los Angeles he has done a lot of work on commercials and T.V. His most recent credits include a recurring role on Freeform's "The Fosters" as well as roles on "Grey's Anatomy," "Scorpion," and "The Middle." He had such a blast making POP and would like to thank the amazing team that put this short together! 







Natalie Britton is an Actor/ Producer/ 1st AD from Dublin, Ireland. She studied on a Scholarship at ALRA in London, before moving to Los Angeles in 2010. Natalie has produced & 1st ADed on several films including the new Emily Dickinson Biopic WILD NIGHTS WITH EMILY starring Molly Shannon, THE GLEANER written by Eric Simonson (The Man in the High Castle) & directed by Harry Lennix (The Blacklist) and SAM DID IT written by Dominic Burgess (Feud) & starring Alfred Molina.
Her TV/Film acting credits include FULLER HOUSE, NCIS: LA, GIRLBOSS & DOUBT & she is appearing in a lead role opposite Ed Asner in the feature film IN VINO set for theatrical release early 2018.
Natalie was thrilled to be a part of POP and thoroughly enjoyed bringing all aspects of this excellent little short to life. 




Bill has worked with Andak Stage Company, the Actors’ Coop, the Road Theatre, Crown City Theatre, and the Antaeus Company (of which he is a member), El Teatro Campesino, San Jose Repertory as well as San Francis- co, California and Nevada Shakespeare Festivals. His latest project is directing the world premiere of Pray To Ball at the Skylight Theatre in Los Angeles. Recently, Bill has played Ricky Ricardo in I Love Lucy Live On Stage in Los Angeles, Chicago and the national tour. He earned the Best Actor Broadway-World Award for his performance. He has had leading roles in award-winning films including Best Picture (AFI Dallas film festival, etc.) for Soldier of God, and Trés. He’s also appeared on NBC’s Days of Our Lives and played the villain in the superhero web series, The Sanctum. Bill co-wrote and directed the comedy web series, Mob Boss Associate, and directed the plays Beauty, Brains and Personality, Romeo and Juliet and A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Film credits as a director include Dodgy Dish, Slow Dance, and in-house projects for the Mattel Corporation. His staging and multimedia credits include Tango del Cielo, which is currently on tour throughout North America. Bill has taught numerous workshops for the Music Center in LA (Will & Company), Shakespeare At Play, The Antaeus Company and the Joffrey Ballet.

David Newbert is an award-winning cinematographer based in Los Angeles. Born and raised in Philadelphia, his passion for cinematography started at a young age, helping his father’s video business flourish in the late 90’s, early 2000’s. In 2004, after graduating from Temple University, David moved out to Los Angeles and started his career in Hollywood. He expanded his knowledge and experience in film through working on over 50 major motion pictures and television programs as a lighting and camera technician.
In 2010, David began shooting various short films, music videos, and commercials, a collection of work that led to his first independent feature film - Marfa Girl. The film was directed by legendary filmmaker Larry Clark, and went on to win the prestigious Golden Marc’Aurelio for Best Picture at the 2012 Rome International Film Festival, as well as garnering praise for his cinematography in such publications as Variety Magazine, The Hollywood Reporter, and V Magazine. Since then, he has shot 7 feature films. Those include: Rob Hamilton’s sophomore film, The SUFFERING; Adam Sherman’s recently completed SHE’S JUST A SHADOW, shot in Tokyo; And Sabyn Mayfield on the the recently released BOOMTOWN. For his work on BOOMTOWN, David won the “VER Best Cinematography Award” at The 2017 Nashville Film Festival. David is currently in pre-production for his 8th feature film, entitled Drop City.
